Luisa brings energy, structure, and humour to every project she manages. Trained as an architect, she worked in Scotland before moving into project management, where her eye for detail and love of collaboration shine. She holds Master’s degrees in Architecture (Portugal) and Interior Design (Glasgow School of Art), and is currently adding PRINCE2 certification to her skillset. Passionate about streamlining workflows and playing to team strengths, Luisa believes clear communication—and a bit of fun—are key to great work. Outside of Rockhunter, she’s likely at the gym, with a glass of wine, or walking her rescue dog Rocco.
